The Regus Group Completes Lease Agreement to Locate a Business Center in the New CITYCENTRE Development in the Heart of West Houston

The 25,000 square foot business center will be Regus’ sixth in the Houston market

DALLAS – November 15, 2007 – The Regus Group (LSE: RGU), the world’s largest provider of fully furnished and equipped offices with 950 locations in 70 countries, today announced that it has signed a lease agreement to open a new center in the CITYCENTRE development in Houston.

The spacious new center will feature 109 offices, 194 workstations, one board room, one videoconferencing studio, and one meeting room. CB Richard Ellis represented Regus in the transaction and the landlord for the project is Midway CC Venture I, L.P., who was represented by Colvill Office Properties.

The 25,325 square foot center will be located on the third floor of 800 Town & Country Boulevard in the new CITYCENTRE. This mixed-used development will be home to more than 400,000 square feet of retail, 425,000 square feet of Class A office space and a 140,000 square foot Lifetime Athletic facility. Located in the Memorial area in the heart of West Houston, CITYCENTRE will include a 245-room Valencia Hotel, 250 urban lofts, 375 upscale multi-family apartments, 40-luxury brownstones and 22 condos on top of the hotel. Regus’ new center will be conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate 10 and Beltway 8.
