He joined Houston Mayor Annise Parker; Julian Castro, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Bob McDonald, Secretary of Veterans Affairs; Thomas Perez, Secretary of Labor; Matthew Doherty, Director of the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness; as well as Reps. Gene Green and Sheila Jackson Lee.
