Principal Management Group will now provide full management services, including financial, property management, and communications, record-keeping and administrative management five new community associations:

– Sugarwood HOA – 260 single family homes

– Brazos Lakes POA – 85 acreage lots/homes

– Silvercreek CA – 748 single family homes

In addition, PMGH has also been awarded contracts to provide accounting services to San Juan Residence Club and Mission Beach Residence Club, both time-share properties.
