Matt Keener, Alex Makris, Jazz Hamilton and Andrew Kelson of CB Richard Ellis represented the landlord, The Commons at Willowbrook, Inc., in this transaction.
In addition, Keener, Makris, Hamilton and Kelson also closed on a 4,000 sq. ft. lease to Muhammad Kahn at the Shops at Hillshire Village, which is located 1455 Wirt Road.
