Mayor Bill White Appointing David Mincberg To Houston Housing Authority Board

Houston, TX - July 20, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) -- Mayor Bill White today announced he is appointing businessman/attorney David Mincberg to the Houston Housing Authority (HHA) Board of Commissioners. Mincberg, CEO of Flagship Properties Corp., will fill an open seat on the board. He is expected to replace Timothy F. Seckinger in the chairman’s position. Seckinger will remain on the board during a transition period.
