CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt & Structured Finance team has arranged $111 million in refinancing for a 1,254-unit, three-property multifamily portfolio in Houston, Texas.
Houston, TX - February 22, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- CBRE Capital Markets in Miami partnered with Dallas to arrange $20.6 million in acquisition financing for 2200 West Loop South in Houston, Texas. CBRE Vice Chairman Charles Foschini in Miami was joined by Senior Vice President Greg Greene in representing the borrower, Parmenter Realty Partners. The loan closed less than 30 days from the date of application, beginning January 5th and closing January 31st. Terms of the loan are confidential.

The law firm represents Texan property owners in disputes with their insurance providers over claims against their property insurance policies. Merlin Law Group originally leased 1,959 square feet in the same building, but with the growth of its business, especially with Hurricane Ike and Dolly claims, the law firm needed to acquire more space to accommodate its growing staff. Irving, TX - June 16, 2010 - (RealEstateRama) -- The Days Inn & Suites DFW North, Irving Texas has been sold. Bert Stevens of CB Richard Ellis’ Hotels Group, announced that the sale of the 134-unit, rooms-and-suites hotel property occurred mid-May of this year. The Hotel, built in 1983, was marketed at a price of $4.3M, or approximately $32,000 per unit. Its proximity to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) as well as the multiple business and corporate demand generators in the area helped to generate interest on a national level from a large investor base. The new owners, Ambe Hotels, will retain the Days Inn & Suites flag and will spend over $750,000 in upgrades and renovations that will provide opportunities for an increased market share
Los Angeles, CA - May 19, 2010 - Nearly 70% of U.S. retailers believe that the overall economy is improving, and 92% are planning to increase store openings, according to a new survey released by CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc.(CBRE). The report, "Shop Talk - A Retailer's Perspective", also finds that despite an improving economy, nearly all the retail executives surveyed believe that retail rents will either fall or remain flat throughout the rest of 2010
