Stream Realty in Design Phase on 271,000 SF, 12-Story Office and Retail Development

Platinum Tower, Phase Two of Platinum Park, is Planned for West Plano

WASHINGTON, D.C. – June 3, 2015 – (RealEstateRama) — Stream Realty Partners, a national real estate services, development and investment firm, is finalizing the design phase on a 12-story, 271,000 square foot development.

“Platinum Tower will be a class AA office and retail development located in Plano, said Chris Jackson, regional managing partner, Stream Realty Partners. “Construction is scheduled to commence before the end of the year.”

Platinum Tower is the second phase of Stream’s Platinum Park development in West Plano. Phase II will be located on the hard corner of Tennyson Parkway and the Tollway, just east of Platinum Park, a five-story, 166,000 square foot office development that broke ground last November and is on schedule for delivery in the fourth quarter of 2015.

Ryan Evanich and Matt Wieser of Stream will oversee the leasing of the project.
